You'll find many studies have
been conducted that suggest the beneficial effects of wine on health. The
same studies also suggest that the benefits only ensue if you drink wine in
moderation - in other words, if you get carried away and drink over the
suggested limits, the benefits are lost.
Excessive drinking is
clearly harmful not only to you on an individual basis but also to the people
around you - you may lose control, you may behave in such a way that causes
physical, emotional or spiritual harm to those nearest to you.
In other words, don't be greedy, don't be selfish, don't be careless.
